Jersey Chess in Sparta, NJ was founded by Marty Sobin in 2004 to teach chess in New Jersey through group programs (at schools, senior facilities, church groups, etc.) and individual instruction. We can flexibly create a school program to meet your needs through an after or before school enrichment program, by teaching as part of a school curriculum or by running a school club or team. Funding of a program can be arranged through individual student payment for "class sessions", payment by a school system or even through a school PTO. Contact us for information and to discuss the best way to create a program for your students. We can also come to a group's location to give chess lessons or run chess programs. Lastly, we also go to individuals' locations (home, office, etc.) to teach hour and a half chess lessons. Contact us for pricing. |
